This home showcases our Red Ironbark 1 design. It’s positioned centrally on a heavily treed block ensuring privacy from the surrounding farmland and residences. The site was a BAL 29 and all the external timber was red ironbark which offers more resilience in the event of a bushfire. With almost no modifications from our standard design this home achieved a 7.5 star energy rating and performs well in both summer and winter. The perfect holiday home for the family.
