Our first three modular building situated in central Toolangi not far from the old Toolangi State Forest. Lots of north facing glass and a decent wood heater ensures that this home will maintain its cosy charm even in the depths of winter when snow could be falling. The idea behind this building was that the main home be separated from the single smaller module so that you were not having to heat and cool the entire house. The smaller building functioned as a gym and guest accommodation. Having the deck as a buffer increased the privacy between the two spaces. An architectural matt black steel cladding worked well with the silver top ash vertical timber boards.
